| If you have forgotten your
password |
|
Return to the member Access page, click on "Forgot your password" under the
Screen name and Password fields. Fill in the Your email or Sreeen
name field and click on Submit. You will receive the forgotten password
at the email address you used when creating your profile.
|
It is very easy to change your password. When you
are logged-in using your email address and password, click on the "my
account" button located on the vertical navigation bar situated on
the left at the bottom of the Profile section. In your account page, click
on the Change button in front of your password. Then re-enter your current
password. A New screen will ask you to enter a new password, to confirm
and submit it. You will receive a confirmation of this password at your
email address.

| You wish to change your
screenname |
|
We accept only one ad per person. If you wish to create a new
ad you must first unsubscribe. To do so click on the "your account"
section, go to the bottom of the page and check "I wish to unsubscribe",
then click on Save and continue. You will receive confirmation of your unsubscription
at your email address. You can now recreate a new ad by clicking on Signup.

| You wish to contact a member |
|
Just click on "Send me a message" or on
the "a wink" in the list of search results or in a member profile.
You can then compose a message and click on Send. Your message is sent immediately.
You will see your message appear in the conversation history with this person
in few seconds. If this person is online and responds, you will see his/her
reply in the same history window. You can also continue your conversation
directly by replying in the Message window located under the history window.

| How to
upload your photos |
|
|
You must have on your hard disk digital photos
that are either scanned or taken with a digital camera. These photos can
be in JPG or JPEG format.

Locate
the photos on your hard disk (directory, names) |
|
Click on the Browse button…
(in each photo section on this page) and go to the directory where
the photos are saved. |
|
Select the file and click
on "Open" then click on "Upload". That's all. |
|
You can send us photos in any file format, but we
recommend the following specifications for better results:
|
Composition: portrait |
|
Photo file format: with
JPG or JPEG extensions. |
|
Size: try
not to exceed 300 KB! Your uploaded photos should be about 800x600 or 1024x768 in size. |
|
|
Select
one or more photos where you are alone and in a portrait-like composition |
|
Do not submit blurred photos.
Take some time to choose a good quality photograph, preferably one
in which you are smiling |
|
Do not submit provocative, copyrighted or edited photos, as these will
be censored by our moderators. |

| Complete
or refine your profile |
|
|
| In your member area you have the option
of either completing or modifying your profile. Just click on the "see
your profile" button located on the left-hand vertical bar. The
first page of your profile will appear. You can navigate through the different
sections by clicking on the tabs located at the top of the page. Do not
forget to always click on the Save or Save and Continue buttons to validate
all modifications you make to the pages. You can preview the results of
your modification immediately by clicking on "see your profile"
located just above the "refine your profile" button. Free text,
such as the title of your profile, your personality and the person you are
looking for, will be online after approval from our moderators within 24
hours after your updating. You will be informed about the changes being
visible online by email. |
The search criteria selected in your Preferences
(accessed using the "who you are seeking" button) are stored
in memory. You can modify them at any time during a session. You must nevertheless
click on Search to save these criteria. You search criteria will also allow
you to automatically receive by email the profiles of people who correspond
to your wishes. |
The account section (accessed by clicking on
"your account") allows you to set, according to your wishes,
the frequency of message alerts addressed to you, the persons matching your
search criteria, as well as to unsubscribe yourself when you wish to do
so (when you have found your soul mate)...
